This offer is available on a select number of 'I'm Ready' homes across our Developments. Each home that is included within the offer has pre-selected fit outs chosen from our most popular ranges available in the 'Get Ready Room'. No further changes can be made to these homes. 

This offer is available on homes booked from 25th September 2026 and completed by 18th December 2026. Offer only applies to new purchasers and owner occupiers. 

A mortgage decision in principle or proof of finance must be proviaded to the selling agent at the time of booking together with Hilmark Homes Reservation Agreement which must be completed and returned to the selling agent. 

Purchasers will receive the vouchers on completion of the home. Voucher is valid for 5 years and the purchaser will have a choice to spend their £3000 EZ Living Voucher on anything within the Banbridge Store. No cash alternative will be offered.
